Reading Journal: Folklore

What is up everyone! Did you have a good day? First, I just want to thank all of you for your attention and for reading about me telling you some stories on this blog even my last post on this blog. Today I have something new to tell you, I will tell you about folklore I read today, the story that I read today is The Ugly Duckling.

The Ugly Duckling was popularized by a Danish poet and writer, Hans Christian Andersen, published in 1843. Hans is known as one of the most influential fairy tale writers in the world. Some of his works besides the story that I will tell you today are The Little Mermaid, The Red Shoes, The Snow Queen, Thumbelina and The Little Match Girl.

This story tells of an ugly duckling that is born in a barn. The ugly duckling received bullying from his siblings and other animals around him, until he finally grew up to become an elegant goose. This fairy tale is loved by the whole world, because it has good morals, it's reminder for us to always be grateful, love ourselves and be a better person with a big heart even you've got bullied. I think it's enough for today, thank you for read my blog, see you in another story.

Reading Journal: My Emoji Stories

Hi everyone! how's today? i hope you have a good day today. This is my second reading journal on this blog. So today i will express something with emoji that describes the stories i read.

Yesterday i read the story of "The Elephant and The Blind Men" from ER Central. The stories telling about how people had their own opinion, we can had same opinion or not with other person, the moral of the stories is how we response when the other people had their own opinion, we must respect to each other. Like I said before, if you want to be heard, respect other people's opinion first.

I choose an elephant emoji because the story tell about a bunch of blind men touch the part of elephant and arguing about their own opinion. They have a different perspective because they touch a different part of the elephant.

I choose this emoji to describes when a bunch of blind men began to argue what the elephant was like, and each of them instead that he was right with their own opinion. They arguing untill they were getting angry to each other.

I choose this emoji to describes when a wise man smiled and calmly explained to them. The wise man said to them that the all correct. The reason why the wise man said that to them because they experienced it differently is because they touched a different part of the elephant.

So this is how I describes the story of "The Elephant and The Blind Men" with some emoji, thank you for your time, see you on my next blog post. Have a good day!

Hello everyone, welcome to Neveland. In this time, I will telling you about my experience reading on ER Central. There are so many stories and articles in ER Central, you can choose your level to read, how heavy the topic and you also can pick whatever stories or articles you want to read.

Today I read the some stories and articles on ER Center, one of them is "The Elephant And The Blind Men". This story talks about some blind men touching an elephant and they had their own opinion when they held the part of the elephant. They began to argue untill they getting angry that cannot a gree that was an elephant looks like, they defend their own opinion. Untill the wise man calmly explained to them that they all correct about thier own opinion, the wise man explained the reason thet each of them experienced it diffently is because they touched a different part of elephant.

The moral of this story is that even if you don't agree with someone, there may be some truth to what they say. If you want to be heard, you had to hear someone first. Show your respect to others and you can got respect from someone.
